Booking and stay information: name, contact details, identification where required by law, arrival and departure dates, room and rate, guest preferences, and requests you make of us.

Payment information: card details are collected and processed by our payment providers; we do not store full card numbers.

Correspondence: messages you send us, and newsletter sign-ups.

Site usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring page, collected through cookies and similar technologies.

To take and manage bookings and provide your stay; to take payment; to answer your questions; to meet legal obligations, including guest registration and tax and accounting requirements; to keep our properties and guests safe; to improve the site; and, where you have asked for it or where the law otherwise permits, to send you news about the collection.

Our legal bases are performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, and our legitimate interests in running and improving the collection.

The property you are staying at, where it is separately operated; payment processors; booking, property management, and email service providers; professional advisers; and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Service providers act on our instructions under written terms.

Our properties and providers are located in Mexico, the United States, Korea, and Japan, so your data may be transferred to and stored in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for those transfers.

Booking records are kept for seven years to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe. We do not currently collect site analytics.

This site sets no analytics or marketing cookies. Our booking partners may set cookies that are necessary to complete a reservation on their own systems. If we introduce analytics or marketing cookies, we will ask for your consent first and publish the controls here. You can also manage cookies through your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom may complain to their supervisory authority. Residents of Mexico may exercise ARCO rights and complain to INAI. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA. Residents of Korea and Japan have rights under PIPA and the APPI respectively.

We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16 other than the details of minors included in a booking by an adult.

We may update this policy. The date above shows when it last changed; material changes will be notified on the site.
