These terms govern your use of annexplaces.com and any booking you make through it. The site is operated by Annex Holding LLC, a limited liability company registered in Delaware, United States, with its registered office at 16192 Coastal Highway, Lewes, Delaware 19958, United States ("ANNEX", "we", "us"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

ANNEX is a collection of independently owned and operated properties. Each property sets its own rates, house rules, check-in times, and cancellation terms, and each is responsible for the accommodation and services it provides. Where a booking is made with a property, your contract for that stay is with that property, not with ANNEX, unless the confirmation states otherwise.

Restaurants, bakeries, bookshops, galleries, and other businesses named on this site may be operated by third parties. Their goods, services, prices, and policies are their own.

Rates are quoted in the currency shown for each property — Mexican pesos for our Mexico City properties and US dollars for those in the United States — and are per room per night unless stated otherwise. Taxes and fees are as shown at the time of booking. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation. We may require a deposit or full prepayment, and may pre-authorize your card.

Cancellation, modification, and no-show terms are set by each property and differ between them. The terms that apply to your stay are those shown at the time of booking and in your confirmation.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. Valid photo identification is required at check-in. Each property's house rules form part of your booking, and we may decline or end a stay where conduct endangers or unreasonably disturbs other guests, staff, or neighbors, or damages the property.

Standard check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out by 12:00pm, unless your confirmation states otherwise. Occupancy limits, pet policies, and smoking policies vary by property and are stated on each property's page.

The site, its text, photography, design, and the ANNEX name and marks are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, adapt, or republish any part of the site commercially without written permission.

Photography is representative. Rooms, furnishings, and views vary between rooms and over time.

The site links to businesses at or near our properties and to other third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that descriptions, rates, and availability are free of error; we may correct errors and cancel bookings made at an incorrectly published rate, refunding anything paid.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you use the site or make a booking.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, and the courts of Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
